Annual General Meeting - Documents and Information

Below you will find details relating to our annual general meeting held every year in June. All members are invited to attend the meeting to hear the Director's report, approve the annual accounts, the dividend policy and to elect Directors to the board. We welcome this opportunity to share the co-operative's progress with members and to enjoy the event also as a social occasion after the formal business has been concluded.

The evening will include a presentation about the highlights of the first year of trading and testimonies from some of our volunteers. There will also be entertainment, including live music and circus skills. Bar available.
